General Appearance: Angelo is a pale faced young man with ivory skin and sunken in eyes that show a weary tiredness. His eyes eyes are bloodshot with heavy bags and his hair is disheveled and messy. He stands tall with proper posture and a smell of lilies about him. He is a proper gentleman, dressed in a full victorian regalia, with his face almost always obscured by his plague mask.
Personality: Angelo is incredibly germophobic and obsessed with cleanliness to an obsessive degree. Because he was sick a lot as a child he takes great lengths to keep himself clean, even to the extent of religiously wearing a plague mask before he goes out and covering every part of his body in sterile clothes. Angelo has always taken a great fascination with villainy and evilness, rehearsing evil speeches from his favorite villains in the comics he read about at home and from the hero shows he watched at the local theater. Because of this desire to be an evil villain Angelo often comes into conflict with his obsessive compulsive side as he must always make sure everything is perfectly in place before he completely destroys it.
Angelo is incredibly cold and intelligent when it comes to performing wicked acts, but will never give up the opportunity to provide an over the top evil speech complete with a laugh and taunt to the 'heroes.' Because of his wicked aspirations he has made it his goal to become the King of the Pirates, the most powerful man in the world. This puts him at odds with other pirates, to which he will attempt to betray them at every turn to get a leg up on them and rob them blind or do over the top evil.
His other goal is to create a death trap with which to place a foe in to let them perish.

History: Angelo grew up in a modest victorian style home. He was born with several illnesses that kept him in bed for most of his life, forcing him to be home schooled and causing his parents to worry for his life. Throughout this time Angelo was given comics to read by one of his tutors who felt sorry for the poor. These comics filled Angelo with hope as he read them.
Most children would be inspired by the heroes of these stories, because they fought for justice and were the strongest around. Angelo felt the heroes simply were not fair. They were always healthy and always the best. That was not fair to Angelo, who was always in bed and sickly, never getting the chance to play outside. However, Angelo did find inspiration from the villains. He read about these mad men of chaos and evil as they tried to change the world for them, and so many were sick or intern just like him, but found a way to overcome their disabilities to lash out against the world.
Angelo read through comic after comic, his joy making him feel better and better every day as he devoted himself to becoming more and more evil with each passing moment. His health improved and he began to explore. He would get sick and go back to bed, get better, and explore further. He would devote himself to his studies more and more, all in the hopes of being the best at being bad. One day Angelo found the item that would make his dream a reality: A Devil Fruit. He did not know what the fruit would be when he found it, but he knew that with great power comes great villainy so he ate the fruit without a second thought, and after a few years practicing his fruit's powers found himself to be quite adept at the art of larceny and theft.
And so Angelo set out upon his dark path to be the greatest villain of all time. Mwuahahahaha.
