I think it would be also useful to have that Sentient Pop Greens don't last indefinitely "until destroyed", because you could just make more and more plant-dudes before attacking someone with your indefinitely large plant army or glue a bunch of sentient bombs to an arrow to make a super-explosive which you detonate all at once or something. I suggest having to a cost per additional round like Wooden Defenses to keep them up (would still allow stacking, but it's no longer "infinite").
I think it would also be useful to clarify how ranges work with Weathermancy. Can you "double-up" on ranges with it? Spawn a cloud mid range away, to make it then attack mid range from itself, effectively being mid range x 2 in total range from the "caster". Maybe it's intentional though, given the stacking nature of the cloud effect, I don't know.
Also, how does Power and Stregnth work? Is a 30 Power 10 Strength punch the same as a 15 Power 25 Strength punch?
Plants are capable of attained a limited sentience, allowing them to attack targets and perform simple tasks. This could include biting targets within range, ensnaring them, or even something simple such as transportation and delivering messages. Power indicates how strong these plants are in terms of attack and structure. A sentience remains until they are destroyed by outside means.
