She is a perfectionist and that causes her a lot of stress because things don't always go the way you want them to especially in the company of pirates. But she is very stubborn and will not easily give up. Born Roberta Blair. She was the daughter of the mistress of wealthy men. She never wanted for anything. Then, when she was 14, her mother and father died. Her father’s real wife sold her to the opera house. That was when her luck changed. She was talented. With this new life, she needed a new name and adopted the name Angelique Burgess. Though late into her training, she still excelled because of her raw talent. By 16, she was taking on major roles. By 20, she was the prima donna. She had many suitors, men of importance and power just like her mother. The most important was when she became the lover of a most promising politician. He was Michael Vaughn, the leader of the opposition party, most favored to become the next head of state. They had a whirlwind romance which the country admired. With her by his side, they were unstoppable. But one day, Michael was murdered and Angelique witnessed all of it. She ran for her life but was captured and was strangled. The next morning, she was found floating between docked ships.This meant a new life for her and thus began her third life as Star Radiance.
