General Appearance: Really tall, and quite lanky, Clyde is deathly pale with sharp, yellowed teeth (a trait which caused many to believe he's part fishman), and short red and black hair with two tufts sticking up like ears. The sclera and irises of his eyes are a bright red, adding to his already creepy appearance. He is ALWAYS seen with that creepy smile on his face.
Personality: Constantly with a bright (read: creepy) smile on his face, Clyde Rasputin is the kind of guy who will bring energy and excitement to any situation. Over the top, he's constantly putting on a show, the bigger and flashier, the better. He's quite polite and speaking to others, though he does have a tendency to get into other people's personal space. It doesn't seem like anything can insult this man, as that smile never leaves his face. He always seems to be in a good mood.
But beneath that cheerful, almost manic exterior, is a cold, cunning, and twisted maniac. He has absolutely ZERO qualms about killing people, and even likes coming up with creative ways to do so. He's also scarily confident in his abilities, making one believe that if he does want you dead, it's going to happen, one way or another. This doesn't mean he doesn't care about those he gets close to. Just that betrayal is most likely going to result in a very, VERY messy demise.
He has a major sweet tooth, often seen munching on a snack, or sipping coffee with a ridiculous amount of creamer. He also has a very keen ear for music, able to pick out changes in tone and if any notes are off. Finally, he's a self taught master of Ventriloquism, because nothing is more scarier than delivering death threats without moving your lips.

History: Growing up, Clyde was always seen as a bit of an outcase, mainly due to his unusual teeth and eyes. Many people theorized that it was due to experiments his parents performed that caused him to be born this way. Regardless, children were mean, and adults were wary of him. In order to try and fit in, he tried to become more flamboyant, practicing singing, dancing, acting, and generally trying to become a skilled performer in order to gain acceptance. While the taunts eventually faded, he was still considered an outsider by the rest of Clockwork Island, as he was becoming an entertainer instead of a scientist, like the rest of the general population.
As he got older, he caught the eye of Bonnie Alexandra, the daughter of a prominent inventor on the island. She became smitten with him, and it seemed like Clyde had finally found someone who accepted him. However, there were others who had other ideas. A couple of Bonnie's suitors confronted him one night, trying to drive him off of the island. In a moment of cruelty, they revealed to him that he would never be accepted by the island. That, in the end of the day, he was and always would be a freak.
Something snapped within Clyde that day. And the suitors were never seen again. During the night, Clyde met up with Bonnie, and the two fled the island in the night.
Ever since that day, a change had overcome the pair. While Clyde was flamboyant and cheerful as ever, now a sinister side of him had emerged. A cold, calculating side, that would utterly destroy anyone that got in his way. With Bonnie by his side, the two would start to carve a reign of terror across the seas. Throughout their travels, Clyde also acquired the Kushi Kushi no Mi. Not the most glamorous of fruits, but Clyde could work with it.
Combat: Clyde's style is nothing short of flashy. He tries to make his fighting much like his performances, something to remember. Up close, he utilizes his staff and his sharp teeth in a fight, while at a distance he tends to use his Devil Fruit powers. You can expect all the while he'll be singing, dancing, and putting on a show. His insistence to make it as flashy as possible often causes him to miss the most straight forward action in a fight, and can be exploited.
Weaponry: His weapon of choice is a long, black cane that actually resembles a microphone stand. There's even a 1930's style microphone on one end! The staff is as hard as iron.
