For now, it is left blank but this topic will consist of all important NPCs (i.e World Government, Shichibukai, Yonkou, and the matter) in OPNW with a brief thorough description as contributions are made.
The Yonkou
Blood PiratesThey originated in an unnamed uninhabited island throughout Paradise. Within two years, Vlad "Dracula" Tepes and his crew became well-known worldwide. Having gotten into war against the Marines before entering the New World, known as the "Bloodlust War". The Marines were given orders by the World Government to put a complete stop against the Blood Pirates before they grew even more dangerous to society. After 13 days of conflict, Vlad and his crew emerged victorious. Two of the three Marine Admirals had been present during this war. Even with their superb forces they still couldn't defeat the Blood Pirates. The Marines had to decide to end the war due to all the casualties on their side; thus letting the Blood Pirates proceed into the New World. People who witnessed and survived the outcome of the war described the Blood Pirates to be an undead army who didn't show any signs of fatigue. The outcome of this war made Vlad known as the fourth pirate emperor upon entering the New World. Vlad's ambitions were concrete. Anyone who defied him would have nothing but destruction or death brought to them.

A tall, lean, pale-looking dark-haired man with penetrating red eyes, Dracula is also known as the "Immortal Being". He is said to be the strongest pirate at this time of age. He awoke from a 2,000-year slumber. The world around didn't seem fitting to his desire so he decided to change that. Wrecking havoc throughout Paradise and the New World he made his presence known. Those who lived to tell the tale mention that he is a monster who walks along the path of wrath. Leaving nothing but death and destruction everywhere he goes.

Eric Grimm Age: 36 Birthday: October 31 Nickname: "Death" Bounty: 2,000,000,000Haki Wisdom: • Kenbunshoku (Observation) • Busoshoku (Armament) • Haoshoku (Conqueror's) | 1st Dark General | Hito Hito no Mi, Moderu: Death | The first Dark General of the Blood Pirates. A tall slender young looking blonde man with green eyes known as the embodiment of death. His loyalty to Vlad is second to none. His human appearance is nothing but a mask to the real terror he hides within. He is the strongest Dark General. His power is said to be equivalent to that of a Marine Admiral or slightly above.

Lucia Eretez Age: 32 Birthday: July 16 Nickname: "The Relentless" Bounty: 1,700,000,000Haki Wisdom: • Kenbunshoku (Observation) • Busoshoku (Armament) | 2nd Dark General | Inu Inu no Mi, Moderu: Black Wolf | The second Dark General of the Blood Pirates. A tall blonde woman from the Longleg tribe descent with piercing butterscotch eyes. Like a dog loyal to its owner, she is willing to do anything for Vlad. Being the second Dark General she is one tough cookie. Known as one of the strongest swordmen in the world. She doesn't know when to stop fighting regardless of her injuries she receives. Some call her short-fused because she is known to have a bad temper. She won't tolerate with much. From time through time she often fights against her fellow dark generals.

R. Renfield Age: 45 Birthday: March 13 Nickname: "The Deliverance" Bounty: 1,005,000,000Haki Wisdom: • Busoshoku (Armament) | 3rd Dark General | None | The third Dark General of the Blood Pirates. A medium, lean, purple-eyed, pitch black-haired individual known as the crews' Doctor. A dark priest skilled in the dark arts. Known to have wrought many miraculous feats through his sprititual means. Like the other two generals, he is also a force to be reckoned with. He's often seen carrying a black-like rosary wrapped around his left arm.

| Admiral | Nendai Nendai no Mi (Age Age Fruit) | Empress of the Dragon Fleet. Cunning and ruthless Chi Shi's path to leadership of the Dragon Fleet was filled with back stabbing and subterfuge. Already over 70 by the time she assumed command of the fleet after the mysterios death of her husband the previos emperor of the fleet. The members never knew as her aged body had long ago been cast off thanks to the effects of her devil fruit. She rules Wano from the shadows so deep not even the majorit of her crew know that has continually passleadership of the fleet to younger version of her self for the last 100 years.

| 2nd Talon | Sake Sake no mi [booze booze fruit] | The second Talon of the Dragon Fleet. A middle aged man who seems to walk with a rather drastic sway to his step as if he is always drunk. The ships under his command have the highest satifaction rate as sailor often volenteer to join his crew based off the rumor of the rackous parties he throws. Also an extremely talented naval commander having never recieved an injury as if blow simply flow through him.

In his hand the style is as graceful and brutal he is. He is always seen wearing a tradtional performer mask and has a habit of wandering about the world challenging strangers at random to fights where he seems to but in just enough effort ot humiliate the opponet.

Ponce was raised since birth to join the marines and raise through the rank as quickly as possilbe. Eventually attaining the rank of Vice Admiral by the age of 30 he continued to never waviver from his birth path until his was dispatch with a small detachment of ships to investigate strange happening deep in the New world in the country of Atzlan. No one is actually sure what happened as not one marine made it back. The one last thing heard of him was a Den Den mushi call warning the marines to not attempt to rescue him as he had found his new home.

As strong and as fickle as a thunderstorm Chaac is more of a force of nature then a person seeming to follow a code of his own. He acts as the crews executive office of the crew and is largly responsible for enforcement of crew regulations and rewarding of achievements. He is known through out the land to be a man to both be praised as he seems to have power over the rains and avoided as those rains can easily turn violent and deadly.. |

Responsilbe for all intelligence and assassination work. THe leader of the faction is always given the codename Xibalba and have all other personal identity wiped. Xibalba could be anyone on the steet and their victims usally dont see their end coming.

As brutal with his utilized tactic as he is with strikes he revelaind in the thrill of combat and love a thick coating of his opponets blood. In one on one combat Tetsomec is one of the msot dangerous combatants that a person could meat only failing in his challenges for leadership of crew due to Ponce overwhelming Devil fruit powers
