Her crotch is covered up by a black pleated mini skirt with a white border looped around the bottom. Her skirt is kept in place with a white leather belt with a golden buckle. She has the dark blue denim jacket she frequently wears wrapped around her waist. She has golden bands on her wrists as well as golden pearl wrist bands. She has a black belt strapped onto her right thigh and a heart belly button piercing. Her shoes are black high heels with straps wrapped around her ankles. Other outfits she wears usually consists of white bandage wrapped around her chest as she wears a purple jacket with gold trim opened freely and black denim pants. She also wears a fluffy orange brassier hoodie with white fur border trim with cat ears on the hood with black short shorts. If you catch her wearing her black teddy bear bikini catching a tan, she will beat you flat!
General Appearance: Her brows are sharp and she has small lips but a big jaw. She has an angular button nose and a soft pointed chin. Her body is toned with a large chest size and wide child bearing hips. Her hands are far from dainty; rather her hands are built to punch and grapple with the help of her favorite iron knuckles. Her legs are long and strong like an ox.
Personality: Hazuki is a girl who believes in hard work and respect. Hard work because without working hard for scraps of food every day, she wouldn't be where she is now. She is extremely jealous of those who had an easier life than her. Respect because without respect, there would just be chaos all over the place. She also loves to fight more than anything else. Fighting is how she communicates with people. She is by no means a warrior, but she believes actions speak louder than words.
Whether it's someone she likes or someone she hates, Hazuki always talks trash or cracks a joke at someone's expense. Very rarely does she joke about herself. When it comes to romance, she'd never experienced true love but she had plenty of rough one night stands with people she could call friends. Even if she has some friends, she doesn't truly trust them due to her street urchin life where she grew up trusting no one but herself, and that is how she lives her life.
She has a pension for eating a lot of food, namely bento boxes sold at a convenience shop in Neon City. She would pick fights for the cheapest bento box that she could afford as there were only a limited supply. She dislikes people getting in her way and feels a need to kick them out of the way if they didn't move fast enough.
Her goal is to gain enough strength to commandeer a ship and get out of Neon City and make a name for herself by finding a ton of treasure and having loads of cash at her disposal. She's had enough of living a tough life by fighting for scraps, but now she wants to fight for treasure and to be the top woman in the world. She wants to know what it feels like to lead an easy life for a change.

History: It was a rough life in Loguetown. This girl never knew Justice unless it was her own brand of justice that involved pummeling other kids for scraps. She doesn't know who her parents are, all she knows is that she had to rummage through trash for old clothes or steal fresh food from someone. She wasn't the type of girl to beg for goods. She wanted to get everything through her own two hands. Everyday she would come back to her 'home' with scrapes and bruises.
Once she became older, while fleeing with her day's scraps of food, she bumped into a hooded old codger who didn't even budge from the speed she was going. Seeing the way her eyes looked was enough for the old man to teach her a very interesting way of fighting that would give her the edge over every one else. After a mere few weeks she picked up the basics of martial arts. She didn't know why the old codger decided to teach her martial arts, but she didn't complain because having a special way of fighting was more impressive than just brawling haphazardly.
It took a few years for her to learn the advanced stances and techniques, but food came a lot easier as she was able to pick up a bouncer job at a local night club. Because of this job, she had a steady income so she didn't feel the need to fight for scraps any longer, but she still had to fight for the best food in the convenience store, as it was always in limited supply.
During her last stretch of training, the old codger wanted her to fight him to see how much she's learned and to see the potential he saw in her in its final form. It was either cause he was old or because she was talented, but she managed to pass his test after a grueling fight for her life.
Combat: Hazuki uses a style known as Dragon's Path. This is a fighting style that focuses on meditation, using the clear mind to focus on the task at hand and deterring temptations and mind games so that she may fight to the best of her ability with her grappling techniques and later on using her laden powers from within, as well as taking advantage of her training in wielding two axes.
