Personality: Julian despises corruption. For the longest time he was a scientist in the employ of the Navy, believing that he could help make the world a better place. The Navy instilled quite the sense of justice in him. He shows anyone he meets respect up until they give him a reason not to. He prefers to keep his composure but has quite the temper when angered. He enjoys classical music, good meat and the night sky.... he dislikes ignorance and those who treat others like trash for no reason. At best, he is calm, collected and tactical. At worst, he is heartless, tyrannical and quick to judge.
Hometown: Two-Step Town.
History: Growing up in a town known for its parties when all you want to do is study and learn about science and engineering is.... Well, it can be nightmarish for some. Especially when one's parents treat you like they don't want you. Julian was born to Bertha and Ivo Kintobor, with a brother, Colin. They lived for the parties, while Julian lived to learn. And with their obsession, they considered him a black sheep and treated him as such. Julian left for the Naval Academy the moment he could, hoping that they would share his interests and nuture them.
Julian excelled, becoming a rather smart person.... he began specializing in cybernetic upgrades and focused on upgrading his own body while improving what he couldn't. He wanted to help the world, prove to it that cyborgs weren't to be feared.... His work lept forward after he ate the Jisha Jisha no Mi. Being able to bring his tools to himself at will made his work easier, made his research easier.... And he was promoted to Captain in honor of his power. But it was when he made Captain that he learned about the corruption in the World Government. Or at least what he percieved as corruption.
After that, he bided his time, working on his research, working on his arm, his powers.... and when he felt he was ready, he revolted, cutting ties with the Navy and becoming a Pirate. He decided to go back to where he started.... Two-Step Town.... and from there....
He'd end corruption wherever he found it....
Combat: Might makes right. Overwhelming power. Tactical precision... Julian focuses on these things to bring him victory.
